Mr. Eaton has over twenty seven years experience practicing in the areas of business organizations, oil and gas, non-profit organizations, development, acquisition, construction, operation, and sale of real estate, affordable housing, and federal, state and local taxation. Mr. Eaton also has significant expertise in Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects, having acted as borrower’s counsel, local counsel, or special tax counsel in over 100 LIHTC transactions in Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, and Arkansas.
